It's hard to believe that Ash Wednesday is a week from tomorrow! This marks the beginning of Lent, our season of self-examination and repentance. Suddenly, Upon the Mountain  
In case you're still looking for something for Transfiguration, this hymn might help unlock some of the mystery of one of the least-understood events in Jesus' life.

Out in the Wilderness  
This bluesy song describes the temptation of Christ which marks the 1st Sunday in Lent each year.

NEW - Not by Bread Alone   
This piece can serve as a great replacement for the Alleluia Verse during the season of Lent.

You Are My Light   
On the 2nd Sunday in Lent we hear the familiar Psalm 27. This setting is an up-tempo 2 part octavo for any combination of voices.

Everyone Who Is Thirsty, Come!  
The text of this upbeat song comes from Isaiah 55 which will be read on the 3rd Sunday in Lent this year. Also makes a great gathering song for Communion services.

NEW - I Will Make a Way   
On the 5th Sunday in Lent we'll hear Isaiah 43 tell of God making a way in the wilderness and a river flowing in the desert. This minor rock groove is a setting of that text.

NEW - Walking with Jesus   
Originally written as theme music for mid-week Lenten services, the last verse of this song describes Jesus washing the disciples' feet — a good fit for Maundy Thursday.

NEW - I Will Call upon You   
This lovely setting of Psalm 17 can also be sung as a hymn. The refrain also makes a wonderful sung prayer response to follow spoken petitions.
