Is your confirmation class more like a Catechism Cataclysm? This 50 minute
rock musical chronicles the adventures of one such class struggling with
their memory work. They need to pass the big exam in order to go on the
canoe trip. The most unique feature of this work is that composers Jay
Beech and Dave Eliason have set several sections of Luther's Small
Catechism to music. This resource can be done as a stage production, but
the recording is is also widely used as a learning tool.

remastered recording of the musical is now available as a digital
download and includes the nine songs with vocals but no dialogue.
